BTW- I'm fascinated and inspired by your 2 week paradigm diet. I made those chickpea burgers yesterday with a few alterations: adding some broth to make them more moist, salt and pepper to taste and then topped them with a Tzatziki like sauce made out of greek yogurt (I know, not vegan but I used chicken broth with the beans because I didn't have any veg broth), lime, cilantro, salt and pepper. Add some sliced tomato and it was pure heaven!
